Your bird is shy and maybe surprised?
ReplyDeleteThat has got sunflower seeds.
Lucja
Very true, Lucia, the other birds usually eat all the seeds before this one has a chance to :)
DeleteLove that face. So cute. What kind of bird is that? It's not a juvenile cardinal is it? Like your thistle feeder. Very stylish.
ReplyDeleteShe's a sweetie for sure, and it is a cardinal, not sure about it being a juvenile (but you're probably right). We bought the feeder last month, while passing through Rochester, NY. Couldn't resist it!
DeleteThis is just beautiful! Great catch!
ReplyDeleteMy cardinals can't stand getting their pictures taken while I have a friend, 20 minutes from my house, whose cardinals practically pose for her!
DeleteVia the blog of Joop Sand I came here, you make beautiful pictures and your blog looks and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
Greetings Irma
