Must be a Mirage

A tangerine dream on a hot summer's day...

Yes, it definitely is a mirage, because most of my garden is currently:
wet,
brown
and decaying.
So today I've left all that unpleasantness out of the picture, choosing to focus instead, on the close-up beauty of these two cuties.

Ahhh, just what I needed!
How about you?

  1. Beautiful photos.

In my garden, the chrysanthemums are just starting to bloom. And everywhere the trees are beginning to show off their autumn colors--a big party before they sleep for the winter.

  5. Such brilliant colors. The snow is already flying for us here in North Dakota, so pictures will have to suffice until next Spring. Thanks for helping to provide the photos to get us through the winter.
