I love to draw,
but I'm terrified of making mistakes.
This lack of confidence
results in timid, pale, sketchy lines.
Nature has no such fear.
She draws with bold strokes,
with confidence,
creating works of art that stand the test of time
and are an inspiration.
niets mooier dan de natuur, maar wat is er mis aan om een foutje te maken?? daar leren we toch alleen maar van??
ReplyDeleteOh, that nature. She's always showing off how artsy she is. You do an amazing job of capturing her work.
ReplyDeleteNatura jest zawsze najwspanialszym malarzem. Pozdrawiam.
ReplyDeleteNature is always the greatest painter. Yours.
Nature creates beautiful images.
ReplyDeleteYou, great pictures.
Regards
Lucia
Beautiful photos. I'm sure you can draw (well) too ;-)
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about pruning that you do about drawing. I am afraid to make mistakes and so I make timid, ineffective cuts while mother nature uses ice and wind and weather to prune her trees with bold abandon. Nature draws beautiful branches and knows how to shape them. We only imitate.
ReplyDeleteI am a little like you too. I admire the wonderful drawings of others but....well...I guess if I practiced more I would enjoy better results myself. I prefer to capture beauty with my camera for now.
ReplyDeleteThis blog resembles your solar smile :)
ReplyDeleteRegards.
Well, you clearly are a natural woman, Rosemary, as your camera art, like nature, is mighty bold and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully said and photographed Rosemary.
ReplyDeleteThe nature offers great examples to draw.
ReplyDeleteWell photographed Rosemary.
Greetings Irma
Oh, I thought you had drawn this! So real!!
ReplyDeleteIf not, I do believe you are artistically!
Have a nice day Rosemary and keep warm!
Bye,
Willy
No human being can beat Nature's perfection, not even a Renoir or a Van Gogh... whom I admire so much!
ReplyDeleteWell proven, Rosemary!
Have a lovely day!
Gode billeder. Godt fanget.
ReplyDeleteTro på dig selv og gå bare i gang. Øvelse gør mester.
Jeg har tegnet og malet en del.
Ha´ en god dag.
La naturaleza es muy bella y dibuja muy bien! Hermosa entrada, me encantaron tus palabras! Un abrazo grande.
ReplyDeleteRosemary, your camera is your pencil or brush. Nice pictures!
ReplyDeleteI think you are right Rosemary, nature is rarely tentative.
ReplyDeleteSo observant of you, Rosemary. We have a lot to learn from nature with her boldness and courage. Beautiful!
