    I have never seen a lily like photo no. 20 - wonderful colouring. I am another lily fan, I feel a sadness when they pass on until next year.

    Glorious! Love daylilies and tried several ones in our garden already over the years, without success though. The conditions here in the garden are really not the best for many plants, even ones that everyone says will do well because they're 'so easy to grow' but I've gotten used to that already now and am happy with every little flower that does survive although it is often frustrating as I'd want a glorious garden as well, if only to take pictures in it ;) You certainly do have that garden. I am beginning to wonder how big your garden is.... I think huge! You keep coming up with new plants and always not just one but a whole array of varieties of it. I love it, absolutely love it, and love your photography, you are a master with the macrolens, did you ever take photography lessons, or are you a self taught photographer. Your pictures are really amazing. And you have the gift to add the perfect words to them as well. I'm already looking forward to the next post, what will the next flower be you'll show us. For now I'll scroll back up and have another look at your fantastic and colourful daylilies.

    Truly stunners here. You've taken some incredible pics. I love how you focus on the center on one of the shots.....with the pic above "Content to exist". The colors contrast nicely.....and the words perfect:) Really fantastic macros!

    There are some amazing shots in this post Rosemary. There is one cream colored daylily that is lit by the sunlight and looks so soft and beautiful it took my breath away.
