Rosemary, I think you've found well wintered plant. Although I was upset when unwrapped my roses, it was bad surprise for me.

ReplyDeleteI don't use burlap wrapping but I do use hardware cloth. Just removed it this past weekend, and it is a pleasure to get it out of the garden.
