Today has me looking up!
Nothing to see down below but
SNOW,
SLUSH,
GREYNESS
and
YUCK!
This time of year tests my patience.
Each day I scour the spring landscape
in search of
GREEN,
COLOURFUL,
LAND!
While I wait for the trees
to dress themselves in brand new leaves,
I'll keep looking up.
I totally share your feelings, Rosemary!
ReplyDeleteHello Rosemary,
ReplyDeleteYou've made wonderful shots with a beautiful sky.
But we should have to wait until the spring is about to begin. Here in Holland it was snowing again today.
Many greetings,
Marco
I can understand it, Rosemary... it snows over here also and I miss also the colors and the warmth... ;))
ReplyDeleteWarm greetings,
Anna
Oh I feel with you, I get the same feeling...but here spring is already well on its way with lots of bulbs flowering and birds building nests. I hope this will not make you feel even worse...didn't mean to :-) xx
ReplyDeleteElle se fait désirer Demoiselle Printemps!... Vos photos sont superbes et nous aident à patienter.
ReplyDeleteGros bisous
Nice pictures you show. I also look for spring / magazines etc. Weather this morning minus 8.6 degrees / sun. Last week we had plus 12.0 degrees. Wish you a good day :) Hanne Bente
ReplyDeleteI like that last shot very much Rosemary.....good composition.
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Joop
Beautiful pictures Rosemary, I understand your impatience, I can not wait until the spring finally really going to be.
ReplyDeleteThe last picture shows already a little blue in the sky.
Greetings Irma
Lol .... with you, it is no different than ours Rosemary.
ReplyDeleteSo I know how you feel * grin *.
But your photos may be there again;-)
Beautiful photographs, I like such views. I am greeting
ReplyDeleteA zen moment!
ReplyDeleteI'll also look up.
I like the photos. hug
A frustrating time of the year for northern gardeners! Keep looking up Rosemary but do be careful not to get any seagull poop in your eyes!
ReplyDeleteHello Dear Rosemary!
ReplyDeletePhotos wonderful. I admire their beauty.
Please, accept award from me.
I send greetings.
Lucia
Rosemary this was my favorite post of yours thus far....there is always beauty when we look up isn't there? :)
ReplyDeleteJa też już pragnę zielonych liści na drzewie na tle niebieskiego nieba. Pozdrawiam cieplutko.
ReplyDeleteI also now want a green leaf on a tree on a background of blue sky. Regards warm.
I totally know what you mean. I'm looking up with you Rosemary. The falling snow was pretty to see but I don't need anything more falling from the sky, our garden is more than saturated with water. I hope we'll see blue skies and sun together.
ReplyDeleteBye,
Marian
Spring is one of my favorite seasons and I find myself doing and feeling those same things too!
ReplyDeleteLooking up is a good approach. Denial works also.
ReplyDeleteJ'adore tes photos quel bonheur encore
ReplyDeleteWhat you say is right, and the things you see when looking up are superb.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos my dear friend Rosemary!!!
ReplyDeleteI love so much the winter!
Have a beautiful weekend!
Many kisses
I've always loved the blue sky and your shots are Divine!
ReplyDeleteKeep looking up and be dressed with Heavenly blessings :)
I'm not one for the gray skies. Growing up in WI was difficult this time of year for me. Although our 90 degree days over the past week are a bit too early:)
