Rosemary Danielis blogs about her magnificent and inspirational garden
Wystarczy parę płomyków słońca, a świat się robi piękniejszy, nawet jesienią. Pozdrawiam.Just a few flames sun, and the world is doing beautiful, even in autumn. Yours.
We are well into winter over here now Giga, and when the sun decided to pay us a visit it made the day beautiful :)
Beautiful images Rosemary - I am happy even in the cold dark winter as long as some of the sunshine gets through in the way that you have shown.
Thank you Rosemary, I find the sun shines in a more intense way in the winter. It lit these dead hydrangea leaves turning them into flaming candles :)
We are happy to watch your lovely autumn pictures.Everything looks great when the sun is shining.I send greetings.Lucia
I agree with you Lucia, everything looks better bathed in sunshine :)

Thank you Joop, I love this colour as well!
Gorgeous pictures Rosemary! I love it when there's sunshine; makes everything looks so much brighter. Those leaves look like they're made of gold.Bye,Marian
Thank you Marian, I couldn't believe how the sun made them glow. It looked completely magical!
Light finds a way to illuminate that which remains open. Inspirational words and images Rosemary. Thanks for this, it made my day!
The sun brought these leaves to life, reminding me of glowing candles. Candles for a day of mourning in the U.S. and for all of us as well.
Merci pour la lumière qui illumine vos merveilleuses photos...Gros bisous et joyeuses fêtes.
Thank you Martine, the sun brought me a gift that day and I was happy I could capture it with my camera. Happy Holidays to you and your family :)
I love how the sun shines through the dead leaves. Such pretty colors that glow in the light:)
The intensity of the light was completely unexpected Chris, as usual nature provided me with a surprise and a treat!
Beautiful leaves! Love the colors.
Thank you Linda, it's as if the sun lit them up with a purpose!
Your photos of the leaves give a beautiful warm glow. Beautiful to behold.Greetings, Helma
Thank you Helma, they were glowing in such a way I couldn't resist :)
Beautiful bright colors of the leaves.Have a nice day, Irma
Thank you Irma, since I don't have beautiful birds to take pictures of, I found a plant with just as pretty "feathers!"
Hello Rosemary,Wonderful shots!! Great how you captured the sunlight on these leaves. It gives them amazing warm and gold colors. The blue colored background makes it all complete, wonderful!!Many greetings and have good days to christmas,Marco
Thank you Marco, I think the colours appear more intense because of the winter all around me.
Luminous and inspiring – that's what you and your camera are. You're one gifted woman, Rosemary.
Thank you Lee, I couldn't help but think of the tragedy in the U.S. right now, seeing the sun make its way to these leaves... The curled ones remain dark but the ones that are open, glow. The hard part is to remain open.
These are rare yet truly warm and gorgeous colors for winter :)Love the 'gold' in each one of them.Great shots!!Really an auspicious winter for you Rosemary!
Thank you Ash, I think so much of life depends on us showing up; in our life, for our family, friends, jobs... I try to get outside every day, just to see what I can see. This is what I found today - pretty awesome stuff!
Thank you so much for your kind words :)
