Fragrantly Flirting

Hyacinths are such flirtatious flowers

Their perfume, a delightful tease

They feign naiveté of their powers

Shyly blooming

Low to the ground

While their fragrance

Calls to those who pass

Enchanting us with great ease

  17. Lovely! I'm trying to recall their fragrance -- I had a pot of purple ones in university, and I'm vaguely remembering they had a sweet, strong fragrance, like jasmines.
