A Haunted Halloween

They say, that in the midnight hour,
on the Eve of Halloween

The disembodied have the power

To wander seen, unseen

Up the wizened oaks

And across the fairy stream

They glide through still

And solemn places

With pale, cold, mournful faces
To dream...

Wishing you a happy, h a u n t e d Halloween!

  3. Excellent photos.
In my country, there is no tradition of Halloween.
Today we visit the graves of our loved ones, bring flowers, light the candles.
    I send greetings from Polish.

  7. Really beautiful pictures Rosemary.
I am only sorry that you've put down your name as the pictures go. It takes just the beauty of your photos away.

    Kind regards, Helma

    1. Hello Helma, thank you so much for your lovely comment :) I wish I did not have to put my name on my photos but unfortunately I have found my images stolen from this blog and used without my permission. Although I know I can't prevent that, at least I can make a little more work for the thieves to remove my name!

    2. Very sorry that your beautiful photos are stolen. I understand your choice to make it harder for thieves.

  8. I think these photos are more suitable for Christmas than Halloween since they create the cold and fresh feeling.
