Rain is so refreshing . . . in the summer and spring you just want to dance in it. Then in the fall you can breath so deeply and enjoy such pure clean, air void of the hot summer humidity. Winter rain . . . that's the one that drives you inside to enjoy looking out the window while to toast your toes by the fire. This photo is amazing. Did you take it?

I have tried many times to capture rain like you did it so masterful here! That's so wonderful to see, that it can be done! Love this picture even if I'm not that fond of rain most of the time ;)
